"I was very pleased with the care provided here, the friendly staff and the clean and calm environment. They were able to resolve my pet's issue and provide the needed medication. I felt that they did try to over prescribe for the issue at hand. For an ear infection they wanted to give antibiotic drops, which I was ok with but then also were wanting to give a steroid and oral antibiotics as well. We just wanted the drops and my cat was already feeling better after one dose. We had scheduled a 10:10 appt and arrived at 10:08 but there were many walk ins that must have arrived at 10 when they opened, so we waited an hour and twenty minutes before the doctor saw us. This happens sometimes due to them being an emergency vet, which I understand, I am just mentioning it for future reference for others to know you may still have a long wait even if you reserve an appointment time online. Overall I was very satisfied with our experience and would return for future emergency needs."
